Love or relationship without marriage Long Distance "Does not work". If he really cares he will make all the arrangements necessary he can to come and see you. Like they say"Trip on the stone one but not twice. He might have another person which he doesn’t want to be honest.
Find someone close where you live and forget about giving him another chance, better things come to those who wait.

Yep. Too harsh. He is normally reliable, and respectful and good to you. So he happened to have something to sort out this time. He tried to make an effort to see you in the morning, and even offered to come the following weekend. I think that is very thoughtful of him to try and please you when he has other stuff that he is obviously trying to work out.
The relationship is not ‘all about you’ so show him that by giving him some understanding, instead of attitude.
